“Engaging with Alessandra is and always will be a pleasure. She’s highly professional, and she can find simple solutions to reach complex goals. When outlining a strategy, it is not easy to find the right balance between the effort and the outcome. Alessandra has a very focused vision on this.”
Elisa de Portu, Head of Digital in Integra Solutions
If so far your efforts to create content and manage your digital channels (website, blog, social profiles, newsletters) have been frustrating, maybe it is high time to rethink your communication plan or set up a new one. For instance, you want to use a better email marketing strategy, improve brand communication, and ultimately increase your sales?
My consultancy can help you build an effective and integrated strategy. I will also teach you new methods and tools to better organize your work, to achieve more with less effort.
If you are already using Mailchimp, for your own projects or those of your clients, I will help you to leverage its full potential and spend only for what you need.
After many years of freelancing, in 2022 I’ve co-founded the first Italian Agency entirely focused on Email Marketing and Automation, Palabra.
If you want to work with us, send me a message explaining your needs.
You found the right person! Besides being a digital trainer, in 2012 I co-founded Digital Update together with Gianluca Diegoli. Digital Update grew as a series of advanced training courses with a vision and an extremely pragmatic and operational approach, held by expert professionals, and in 2021 it became a permanent school on digital marketing.
A truly ground-breaking experience, Digital Update has contributed to the evolution of Italian digital training. In Digital Update I hold the Email Marketing and Mailchimp training.
Companies often ask me to hold training courses on-site, and in this case, we agree on the program, so that the training is actually close to a consultancy service. See Digital Update in-house training services and contact us for a personalized quote.
I have also written several books and I’ve been keeping a blog since 2010. And if you wish to receive my monthly newsletter (in Italian), you can register here.
Brilliant idea! I have partecipated as a speaker in numerous conferences, events and barcamps: BTO Buy Tourism Online, State of the Net, Ravenna Future Lessons, Conversazioni sul Futuro and many others.
If you would like me at your event, please contact me on time: I don’t use the same slides more than once and I put the utmost care in providing talks which are worth listening to.
Public speaking is part of my job, and I will provide you with a quote for my talk. No, the reimbursement of travel expenses alone is not enough. Please, contact me to discuss your request.
If you would like to get an idea of my work and what my talks look like, you can watch my speech at the State of The Net or my talk at the 2017 edition of BTO.
My professional path hasn’t been entirely conventional. I graduated in biology and went on to university research. I worked in the world of ‘classic’ ICT, then moved on to the Internet in the late 90s when I first founded a small web agency, and then a bigger agency together with other partners.
At the end of 2009 I left the agency and have since then worked as an independent consultant, trainer and evangelist. A freelancer, but not alone, because over the years I have collaborated and started projects with some of the best Italian digital professionals. Together with Gianluca Diegoli, I founded Digital Update, a ground-breaking digital training experience for classrooms, companies and online. Find out more by checking out my LinkedIn profile.
Throughout all this time, being an outsider has allowed me to observe the problems from many perspectives and to learn ‘the art of translation’: from the needs of the individuals to the technical specifications, from technical constraints to usability solutions.
